for those that "see" and also "heal"

it came to me in a dream and it felt somehow correct (and i was Me in my dream which doesn't happen often.)

when you heal (and for those that can "see" energies) what does it look like to you?

for me what i saw in this dream was the body itself and there was a sort of "overlay" that was over the body... i think i was kinda fuzzing the focus of the RL world so the view of the energies were more "visible." i could see what looked like the meridians along the arms and the energy flowing along them... i didn't see a "blockage" or something, so i don't think that this was a blockage healing treatment but the energies looked kinda golden.

but for those that heal and also "See" energies, is this close to how you percieve things like this? if not, how DO you percieve these things?

yes, i really do want to learn to heal... mostly so that i can be more self sufficient whenever possible. kinda why i'm asking.

Personally, I don't really see anything. I feel it.

I don't perceive energies. I perceive my conceptualization/embodiment of biological processes. An example would be if I focused my mind on a pulled muscle. The rest of the area may appear yellow with the pulled area being red with tactile associations of heat. The red area symbolizes the pulled area with the rest being yellow. The goal would be to reduce the red which embodies the pulled area, pain, irritation, so on and so forth and creating the opposite of the tactile association, coolness. I generally accompany it with tactile associations.

It has come with practice comparing proper associations to actual biological states. Biological structures are interpreted the same as any other physical thing that I sense with ESP. I am not sensing energy, but I am obtaining information in regards to its physical state giving me feedback on which I need to change/alter/heal. I am talking about myself, by the way. This is meant to be reflective of me without making any implications in regards to others.

The way information is displayed can take on any form. I am actually starting to perceive things in terms of symbols, slightly.

How I perceive biological states in others has gone from feeling it of sorts as if it were me to feeling it as if I were that part to tactile associations, visual associations, linguistic forms, so on and so forth. Since I have started using a telelogical/slightly passive form, it has begun to present itself as various symbols and concepts. I can say this, though, if there is some sort of subtle body, I am blind to it, because I see no such overlay, meridians, fields, so on and so forth.

okay, i can dig it. yeah, when i do look for blockages in my system, i usually go with "feel" as i kinda get a pinching/pressure feeling where they tend to accumulate (mostly near the heart chakra area mostly but i've been told by some that it's in a sort of overdrive.)

just wondering about it mostly... i mean, i have had dreams that came true and dreams that uncovered aspects of myself... *shrugs*

Whether the problem is energetic or physical, I scan to find it, and a lot of my scanning is visual. So I see sort of a 3D outline of a body, with the patterns of the person's field, and system (meridians), and chakras overlayed or embedded in the outline (or the various physical systems if I'm looking at physical--kind of like you'd see in an anatomy textbook, only glowing :-P ). Occasionally I'll get a physical twinge where the problem is in the corresponding place on my body (not usually though as long as I ground the energy and don't take the pain or injury into myself. getting other people's headaches is not fun). Usually though I just get the sense that something is out of place, and on my mental image of them it's usually color-coded. For instance if someone has a cramp or a headache or a lot of pain, there might be a bruise colored smudge over the area and the sense that something isn't right.

Everyone perceives these things differently though--it's like with any kind of scanning, it's your sub-conscious communicating what it knows to you in a way that will make sense to you. There are some common associations, like red often means danger or injury or pain to a lot of people, but these vary by culture. For example in the west white is associated with purity (hence the white wedding dresses), but in the east it's associated with death.

It can really help to hear how other people see things (goodness knows I've grilled enough people on that very question), but if you see something in a different way, don't assume you're seeing it wrong (or feeling it or even smelling or tasting it--all the senses can be used really). What's important is the information you're seeing and if you're interpreting it accurately. If flying pink elephants consistently mean pain for you, good for you. If you can accurately pinpoint pain using that visualization, that's what matters.

These i found just with google. I cant quite send a copy of my books to you casue they are copy write and all. I got one from a school for alternative healing and the other from a class from a Reiki Master Teacher.
Gold is actually the color of teaching (not to be confused with yellow which is on the charts.)
