The guy is trying to teach people how to shoot lightning/kill people with a wind fist..Wow. Lmao.

1)First off, dont try teaching other people what you cant do (nor can anybody else do those, including the most advanced of psions)

2)I doubt you can move a small piece of plastic, nevermind kill somebody with wind.

Perhaps you should actually practice and gain some real psionic skill, instead of living in an RPG.

P.S Whoever made the geokinesis article cannot make an earthquake. If so, they would be the most skilled psion on this website. ..And PsiPog..And Veritas..and..everywhere else.

Stop pretending. Practice realistically. Baby steps. You cannot begin psionics and go off and make an earthquake. Start with the basics. (No, dont tell me you have. You obviously havent.)

Please don't take this personally Lok. I am sure there are many things you understand that I do not.

My belief is, there isn't really "magic" as such. There is only technology that is not understood, and superstition that masks how reality operates. ;)

Once you have an understanding of the "technology" - even a simple one - then the "magic" is replaced by understanding.

Even a simple understanding will do. It's not like an individual needs to personally put a satellite in place in order to use a Global Positioning Satnav system.

Psionics is a metaphysical philosophy in regards to what could be called psychic manifestations. Magick is a metaphysical philosophy in what could be called psychic manifestations. Neither is valid in regards to pragmatism and are only systems of utilization. Furthermore, I don't see how psychic abilities are technological. Psionics is just metaphysics using scientific/sci fi jargon. Magick is just metaphysics using esoteric jargon. The fact of the matter is that no one has a pragmatic understanding of the mechanism involved. Science has not reached that point, yet, and metaphysics is just a logical, but non empirical, series of postulations to aid in understanding and utilization of the effects. The believed mechanisms can not be proven.

I have no idea where you got the idea that psychic abilities are technological.

I suppose the correct statement is that nothing is unexplainable. Sure maybe we can't explain it right now. But eventually technology will get to the point where we can emulate Psychic abilities with machines, or use devices to detect psychic phenomenon.

If you view technology as a practical means to harness natural forces to the will of people, then of course they are technological.

If you view technology as just physical construction - building a better screwdriver - then they are not.

I agree. ease off. his site was for beginners but he has only been actively practicing for just so long. We should commend him for even trying where most people give up. He has done well in his endeavors. with a little assistance from some one with skills in website design and others who are adept at psionics he could have a very viable site. Good job on a new site, nice fresh start, hope it works out...eventually. not there yet but keep working at it. invite people with some experience in Websites and Psionics to help you out and you can make it work.

To charge a laser, first determine the type of laser you intend to operate. If you intend on using a continuous wave laser, then you cannot- strictly speaking- charge the laser, as the laser is on continuous output. However, you can engage the laser; to do so, ensure that all laser elements are functioning and in their proper places, and then close the circuit enclosing the laser system. Alternatively, if you intend on using a pulsed laser, then you can charge without operating the laser. This can be done by isolating the discharge capacitors that maintain the laser pumping, and closing this circuit independently of the circuit containing the rest of the laser system.
