two things I want to cover. both are concerns brought up by "Mr. Odd". Firstly I practice and use the ability you ask about. I am able to use it in many different ways. I have used this an similar techniques to modify the out come of things in my favor many times, usually to get out of sticky situations. there is no way though you can force a person to do anything. it is impossible. in order for a person to do what you suggest or think what you suggest or allow you to sense their non broadcaster thoughts they have to give you permission. it is impossible for them to allow you to do anything harmful and there are failsafe shields in place within our fragile psych to disallow things that may damage us. this shows ethics out of the equation in the idea of forcing someone to do something against their will. it brings it back in when you think about is it right to take advantage of the fact that someone is not mentally strong and able to easily resist my suggestion technique. that again falls on you and your situations. I have worked for over 2 yrs on my Wife. I loop around the subject of Psionics for sometime and when it gets to something that blows things way out I am able to clear the air by using this ability with a bit of Amnopathy.
secondly. a way to live near a place where you can practice, learn and talk with people who practice Psionics. I have recently come under a job that is a bit lucrative and I have been able to well at selling Legal Insurance (the company is Pre-Paid Legal) and am currently in plans on purchasing a good sized well settled place for a school and also a neighboring apartment complex. it will be a physical community for Psions. than you can have a person to practice Psionics with and place to learn it in.
in my attempt to answer your two major concerns (one was the original concern for the post and the other a concern taged with feelings of being alone and fading from the world of Psionics because of lack of having someone there to help you with things) did I leave anything un answered or bring up more questions.
