When I work with too much energy, I get the 24 hour bug. then I feel sparky. I can also kinda cure my bug by vamping. Maybe I'm a generator/psi vampire. Anyway, I've gotten them all.

Psi
My brain did not appreciate in any way me trying to rapid develop. I also had the nose bleeds, I developed asthma, and I'd say my body rebelled in some very nasty ways. Oh, yeah, the period every 2 weeks for 3 months was loads of fun. The obgyn could find nothing wrong. It often feels like menopause( I know women going through it, we compared notes)but I am 30 and all the tests came back mostly normal. I have found myself sitting outside at 3 in the morning in the middle of winter in shorts and tanktop with bare feet, not shivering at all.

when you are tired from using an ability it os because you use your core energy and needs a refil/recharge. when you have an excess of energy it is because of over channeling energy and the remainder "burning" or "leaking" off. when you feel pain in anyway it is because you force using parts you don't need to. let me dwell on the last one for a moment. to force like I explained it would be like this following scenario: Using Telekinesis you get desperate for an mediate out come and stop using your mind to manipulate the moment of the object begin to use your brain instead. this than strains the most major part of your nervous system and an excess of blood flow causes head pain. similar with a Psi ball and pain in the hand and arms. except in the case on pages 2 and 3 by the Psion from another country, it was Electrokinesis manifesting painfully and uncontrolled. I would be happy to expound on any questions people have on this subject.
