At present, we have not yet incorporated as a non-profit organization. This status is not expected to change until Guild funds are sufficient to allow it, and we find it a necessary or desireable step to take. However, we do have a registered url, which is http://www.psionguild.org. Currently, the legal department is defunct, and is expected to remain inoperational until such time as the Guild may require legal representation. Legal complaints or actions can be submitted to the Winged Wolf.

We have no dues at present. However, the results from our survey on the desireability of instating a $5 annual dues in order to pay for membership cards, mailed documents, and other services for members has so far been overwhelmingly positive. As a result, we will most likely instate dues in the second year of incorporated operation. Our finance department is currently not needed, and is not functional.

Guild currently functions under a limited membership. While Guild is unable to provide the full extent of its rather ambitious desired services for membership, we have opened in order to identify who is and isn't someone we can consider a "member." There are no dues at present. This department is currently overseen by the Director, however applicants for administration are welcome. Duties will include overseeing the membership database and maintaining membership activities and services.

This department is not yet operational, and will not become so until some time after dues are instated. The purpose of this department is to provide organization-related benefits for members. Some of these may include group health insurance and group mutual funds.
