The Support Department has been 100% revamped.
I, Amaya, am trying very diligently to make sure that
we have established a proper system of support
for the psionic community.

If you have any questions, comments, or complaints please email them to Amaya with the appropriate subject of: "Question" "Comment" or "Complaint"

Please do not issue complaints in the chatrooms on IRC (Complaints may be brought up, discussed, or even ranted about in #Psion_Guild_FFA at whim and even ad nauseum as long as the few rules of that channel are not violated). Complaints will be read, discussed by staff and channel moderators, voted upon if necessary and a general reply shall be issued in email to the complaining party.

Decisions made by the staff and channel moderators regarding the complaints shall be posted in the new Complaint Area of the Support Department section of the Forum. Decisions are generally final, but a revote may be requested one month after issue is originally voted on. Issues will only be up for revote one time except as decided by staff and moderators.

This is a test to see if the complaints made will in fact be valid points, or if they will just be blithering ranting and incoherence.

This new measure will remain or be deleted as is appropriate based on a decision made and voted upon by Staff and Channel Moderators with a majority ruling.

Community Support:

You may visit the chat rooms affiliated with the guild on the OtherWorlders server of any IRC using chat client. These rooms include #psion_guild #Guild_meetings #psion_guild_FFA as well as #psipractice and a few others. Please observe the rules of the channels in the event you do proceed with using them. You may also send messages to the Staff member affiliated with your type of issue via the Forums.

Specific Psion Support: This is also a new feature we are currently developing to allow for a more structure and organized system of support for the psionic community. Here we have separated various birthswitches (or lack thereof s far as nons are concerned) and assigned them a volunteer to assist with issues specifically related to that birth switch. For example if you are a Psy-Vamp, WingedWolf is the affiliated staff member/volunteer. If you are having difficulty getting a response from a volunteer please email me Amaya with "Support Volunteer" as the subject of the email.

Volunteers still needed for spots where the support department email is listed as support please, if you are qualified send me an email with "Volunteer for Support" as the subject

Non-Support: For issues, and questions concerning nons that are not covered or explained in enough depth in the rest of the site.

The volunteer for this area is: (Currently seeking qualified individual please direct Non-Support needs to Amaya for the time being with "Non-Support" as the subject)

Partial Support: For issues, and questions concerning partials that are not covered or explained in enough depth in the rest of the site.

The volunteer for this are is: WingedWolf (partial, transmutate). Please be sure you format your question, comment, concern in a polite manner or it will be ignored.

Born-on Support: For issues, and questions concerning Born-ons that are not covered or explained in enough depth in the rest of the site.

The volunteer for this area is: Myself, Amaya. Again, be sure all questions, comments, and concerns are politely expressed or they will be ignored.

Phoenix Support: For issues, and questions concerning and related to Phoenixes, and/or their specific birthswitch related problems and abilities that are not covered or explained in enough depth in the rest of the site.

The volunteer for this area is: (Currently seeking qualified individual please direct Phoenix-Support needs to Amaya for the time being with "Phoenix Support" as the subject)

Psy-Vamp Support: For issues, and questions concerning Psy-Vamps, including Psi-Vamps, Pranic-Vamps, and Sang-Vamps, and/or their specific birthswitch related problems and abilities that are not covered or explained in enough detail in the rest of the site.

The volunteer for this area is : WingedWolf (partial, transmutate) though not a Psy-Vamp, she has a great deal of knowledge and experience relating to various forms of Psy-Vampirism and will be an invaluable asset in this field.
Haibane (Born-on) will be acting as back up Vamp Support.
Again, please be sure all contact is maintained in a polite manner as rudeness will be ignored, not tolerated.

Switcher Support: For issues, and questions concerning Switchers, not including Phase-Switchers, and/or their birthswitch related abilities and problems that are not covered or explained in enough detail in the rest of the site.

The volunteer for this area is: Myself, Amaya. All contact must be maintained in a polite manner or it will be ignored, rudeness will not be tolerated.

Phase-Switcher Support: For issues, and concerns related to Phase-Switchers and/or their birthswitch related abilities and problems that are not covered or explained in enough detail in the rest of the site.

Synchronizer Support: For issues, and questions concerning Synchronizers and/or their birthswitch related abilities, and problems that are not covered or explained in enough detail throughout the rest of the site.

The volunteer for this area is: (Currently seeking qualified individual please direct Synchronizer Support needs to Amaya with "Synchronizer Support" as the subject)

Haute Support: This area is for issues, and questions concerning Hautes and/or their birthswitch related abilities and problems that are not covered or explained in enough depth throughout the rest of the site.

Attack Support: Persons suffering from Psionic Attacks need only request aide from the guild. This may be done via IRC on the OtherWorlders IRC network (irc.otherworlders.org) (#psion_guild #guild_meetings #psion_guild_FFA) or at Defense Department with "Attack Victim" as the subject. Emails may be sent by non-victim third parties to request aide for another individual. In both cases, an investigation will be initiated. Pending the investigation, action will be taken as appropriate.

Non-Psionic Related Support: This area is for support issues that relate to being a human being, and not necessarily a psion. You will find useful phone numbers for issues which psions, like every other human being, may unfortunately find the need for. You will also find a small list of Outside Supporters willing to help in whichever ways they can. All Hotline Phone Numbers shall be within the United States unless listed otherwise and shall be toll-free. I have personally called these hotlines to get their permission to list them here.

Children and Teen Crisis: For crisises relating to Teens and Teen troubles

Abuse Crisis: For crisises relating to abuse by another person.
